There is a lot of noise at the corporate office but keeping your head down and staying quiet can help you to avoid trouble

Cons

CEO and President are super slick - say the right things but are dishonest, lie, do not honor commitments to customers or employees. They are examples of “beltway bandits” in the worst ways.

Corporate pushes performance measurements to clueless managers who failed to realize that corporate KPIs does not translate to field-level KPIs resulting in false measurements. Objective evaluation are non-existent as managers are clueless and caters only to subjective opinions. There are no ladders to climb, so its best not to expect anything.
