We also appreciate your suggestions around streamlining processes and improving interdepartmental communication—these are areas we’re actively working on. Excitedly, right now we have notable projects in play where cross fertilization is happening between groups like Clinical Management and Claims, Information Technology and Security, Analytics and Healthcare Delivery! To your point, when information is communicated between departments, more can be discovered, discussed and ideated!
