Description UNITE HERE HEALTH (UHH or “The Fund”) is a multi-employer Taft-Hartley Fund serving UNITE HERE! union workers in the hospitality, food service and gaming industries throughout the country. We work with unions and employers to give our participants great health benefits. In Las Vegas, we operate the Culinary Health Fund and Culinary Health Centers.

Leading the Better Way is UNITE HERE HEALTH's leadership development program developed in-house by our Human Resources team. The program aims to develop leadership skills, promote cultural ideals, encourage network building across regions, and more! The program included content presented by organization leaders, interactive workshops, book club discussions and much more! Leaders got the chance to collaborate on hands-on group projects, expand their organizational knowledge, and build strong networks. We look forward to continuing the program and our commitment to developing 5-star leaders at UNITE HERE HEALTH....Show more

Fifty years ago, on March 3, 1974, to be precise, the Fund was born. This is an important milestone and allows us to take stock of what we have achieved and how far we have come. I urge all of you to take a moment to think about how we have bettered the lives of hundreds of thousands of UNITE HERE members and their families over half a century. For fifty years, we have strived to provide health benefits that offer high-quality, affordable healthcare to our participants at better value with better service than is otherwise available in the market. We have done it through disasters – natural and manmade – and, of course, even a global pandemic. Through everything, all of you are the cornerstone of our success.
