Overworked and understaffed. Paramedics and RNs in the ER had, at times, a dangerous patient load.

provide health and dental insurance, you only need to pay a little bit for eye insurance. nice co-workers, nice location, lots options of food in the cafe.

Cons

less annual leave, not much pay increase. not flexible in some policy. no others downsides in mind at this time.

Nurses are placed in management despite available and more educated, experienced mental health providers are available. Unclear and ever-changing supervision, policies and procedures. Toxic environment, favoritism and unnecessary drama is modeled by nurse managers
