- Everyday is different - Amazing learning opportunities - Everyday is a challenge - Good training offers - Very good salaries

Cons

- Your experience will really depend on your teams and standards are not the same from one office to the other. - Rules and checks are insanely heavy on recruitment processes for some field offices and way too light for some.other offices.

Good salary. Good learning platform.

Cons

No human resources beyond contract administration. Employees are expendable and not valued. UNOPS does not have an equal job equal pay policy as they offer different contract and pay scales for exactly the same job.
