After more than two years working at the headquarters, I have not found any advantages or positive perspectives to add to my experience.

Cons

When I arrived to UNOde50, I didn't quite understand the level of staff turnover the company had. A few weeks later, you understand everything. A culture that misses every professional and human values, shared by all management, both in the Madrid and NYC offices. A vision that is scaled down in all departments and their managers.

Awful product even worse management Product supposedly made in Spain looks like a defective coming from China. Management: no leaders just a bunch of clueless useless individuals
