Pros
The only good thing about this company was the area managers support. Great understanding and communication. However all the politics of company are the worst.
Cons
Ok there are several cons about this company. They blame everything on COVID first of all. They went from having a staff of 8 people to have one manager and a part time associate to cover their days off. There expectations are exactly the same when they had an assistant and two other managers. Meaning you must clientele, market the company, do corporate business, operations, ridiculous amount of paperwork, brand standards, maintains all your KPI to standard with a conversion of 20%, let’s not forget you must sell while doing all this, and the worst part of all is their outdated inventory system they have. If you are not even missing items but discrepancies with tags happen you fail inventory and get a write for it. Also their health benefits is like getting your own from the state you have to pay close to 400 a month. Holidays with your family forget about it they make you work 6 days the week of. This company treats its employees like slaves and will get rid of you in a second. All my years of retail this by far the worst. They treat you like you have a GED or no education like you can’t do better.
