      Pros

      I absolutely fell in love with this brand the first day I started working there. I love the designs and the products. It was something i truly would buy and wear and sell with passion to someone who wants to feel fabulous and beautiful wearing a statement jewelry. My area manager was great and the other store managers were always there when you needed help. Everyone in corporate is super helpful if we ever reached out to them they made sure to get us the help we needed. Not to mention the CEO is an amazing leader and mentor.

      The only con was that I had to leave the company unfortunately, Everything was great,

      The store smells nice, like trees.

      Cons

      Everything is outdated. The uniforms are outdated. Their POS takes too much effort to do even the most basic of tasks. The way they do their inventory and stock rooms is juvenile and requires way more work than it should.
