Pros

They do have nice work ethics. Sometimes it can be challenging because it is a retail based company and retail is taugh, but overall they take care of their employees. I started as a Part Timer in a store and made my way up to a managerial position in their offices in NY.

Cons

The pressure of making budgets is not easy.
