The company is new which also makes them all over the place. It doesn't matter if it is uniforms or a store remodel, the consistency is not there. The stores do not have the same increase over last year's numbers across the board. And a 45% increase makes it nearly impossible to hit your goal to get paid any commission. So, if you sign up you are signing up for hourly only. Also, if you don't make your goal you will get fired in 4 months, so the turnover rate is insane. Most people don't even last the 4 months though due to management, the high heel requirement/dresscode, or the disorganization. The entire company is inconsistent and scattered.

Had my entire staff walk out while I was in New Jersey training (which consisted of me standing outside the store and handing out pamphlets). So disorganized!!!! They sent people to help me and didn't even set up their hotel rooms on accompany card, the hotel was taking hundreds of dollars out of these peoples account. During my training I had to call corporate because the card they put my hotel room on got declined!!! Upper management was atrocious and constantly delivered opposite messages/directions
