Wear jewelry for the entire shift

Cons

Company doesn't market in the West, but expects you to bring them customers and sales. Their jewelry is plated and lacking quality, so there are a lot of product and client issues to resolve independently. The budget goals and expactations are preposterously high, so you never make commission. The employee discount is lower (40%) than the customer discount.(50% during bi annual sale and flash sales)

It's a paycheck. Decent employee discount on items.

Cons

Lack of support/staff HR isn't helpful A lot of subversion and favoritism in higher management creating a horrible work culture ALL THE WAY DOWN.

- you get to wear some of the jewelry pieces duding your shift

Cons

- management was very disorganized, chaotic, rude and subtly condescending, dishonest and cannot offer full transparency. - be wary about what they tell you in the beginning of your employment AND KEEP A DOCUMENTED RECORD OF EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! If not, they have a history of twisting words and lying to their employees. - condescending with a hint of racist tendencies - if you do not fit their “criteria”, they will do anything and everything to fire you
