I don't see any way this company has positive reviews! if they were written by someone they have to be fake! They are completely disorganized and lack experience in the American market. All they are seeking is money and expansion(which they are totally unprepared for.) Its absolutely horrific. Yes, they are always looking for new people to add to the team because they are constantly firing people or people quit. I have never seen such poor leadership from corporate management. I watched these "managers" make people move their lives across the country only to fire them a few months or a year later. They definitely hire people to pick their brain and then fire them once they're done. I was floored by the complete lack of experience the Marketing, Wholesale, HR and Retail team had. Please do yourself a favor and don't bother working for these people!

The management of this company exhibits an alarming level of disorder, instability, and lack of professionalism. My employment was abruptly terminated without any prior notice or assistance. The notification of my termination coincided with the day of my departure. When I was first brought on to the company, despite initial assurances of growth and development, these promises proved to be entirely false. I found myself thrown into the deep end without any training, on-boarding, or effective managers. The company operates without any concrete processes or organizational structure, resulting in an extremely chaotic environment. While avenues for voicing concerns and seeking support through HR exist, such efforts yield no tangible results. Following my termination, I was offered an exit interview, which consisted solely of multiple-choice questions. It's clear the company has zero genuine interest in obtaining candid opinions and constructive feedback.
