I have watched so many outside hires come into this company, blocking anyone from growing from within Uno. The management poorly handles any situation handed to them. There is no encouragement or care from management and they constantly make you feel disposable. The pay isn't worth it and the treatment is truly insulting. No matter how above and beyond you go for the job, it will never get recognized. Don't work here. There's a reason it's easy to get a job here. People are always getting fired or just getting fed up and leaving.
