Chaotic workflows and unrealistic expectations from the employees

Friendly colleagues, nice office location, challenging tasks

Cons

Everything is chaotic, you are expected to over-perform under stress and always be available (including weekends). This leads to lack of time for family duties and an inevitable burnout.

Great culture and people, ambitious product & goals, nice benefits and office!

Cons

the only one I can think of are some growing challenges (speed of hiring, re-prioritising processes etc) But all will be managed and sorted out.
