Great company with cool tech and modern culture

Pros

The company is relatively new and is small enough that everyone knows everyone. The culture is great and very friendly. The tech that people are working on deals with satellites and is super cool. Business projections are off the charts. It really feels like we are working on something epic.

Cons

Not enough people yet, so people have to wear multiple hats. Need to hire faster.

Pros

UP42 is a rather fresh startup but everything seems to be in place - structures, tools, motivated people. What is the best about the company: + team of great people + possibility to grow + flexibility (working hours) + additional budget for trainings + daily stand-ups with the whole team - giving great insights on what each and every person is working on + Agile working environment + nice location, good office set-up

Cons

- no air condition;)
