      Upl is growing organisation in terms of both agrochemical and speciality, also facility regarding accommodation and travels were given also there is much in learning side or can say in technical knowledge overall it's good.

      Cons

      Don't find any thing still, but still there is much difference in payscale between new joins for the same role may not hold healthy working environment to work.

      Cons

      Remote location posting Salary was renegotiated and decreased Hr promised verbally later not fulfilled on paper. Team working in is very slow and institutionalised. Organisational structure not proper. Engineers having to answer far less qualified seniors.
