Pros

My boss was very supportive in my development. He allowed me to assume a leadership role very early in my career; gave me the credit when things went well and he took the fall when things went south.

Cons

US base is very small so there is not a lot of opportunities to move up the corporate ladder.

Pros

Good benefits and globally a good company

Cons

The US base organization does not support women. No diversity in upper management. All males in positions of leadership. Women are treated as second class and maybe that is the culture for Indians, but it is not a good culture here for Americans. Women are not paid at the same grade level as males and leadership does not mind making this well known. This and quite a few other negatives leads to a lot of overturn
