I appreciate my experience with UPM, I enjoyed the culture of company and the attitude amongst colleagues and management that was created and I also contributed to it . I cant tell for every division and location but it was my experience. Reasonable salary, good bonuses and great events and trainings! Thank you, UPM.

Cons

To advance in career takes several years, little career opportunities. Often stressful work (depends on country you are working with), some overload exists, shift work.
