      Benefits of a big company, very secure surroundings, highly professional colleagues around the globe, a lot of flexibility for white-collars

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy, salaries are not on a level with competitors, dying field of business in that sense that some new success story (new Uruguay plant) always requires cutting off simultaneously somewhere else (shutting down a lot of plants/mill sites in Europe next decades)
