      The benefits were good. 401k matching.

      Could be dangerous working on the psych floor. Not a ton of support. Staffing issues.

      Opportunities to grow and learn new things Very good and cheap benefits A lot of the providers and staff are lovely human beings While upper management is very much about money, the lower level staff and people in the trenches truly care about their patients and want the best for them

      Cons

      Expect to constantly be told to do more with less - almost every department I interacted with was understaffed Pay isn't competitive Burnout is very common for a reason - you will be given the max amount of work that they possibly can give you Upper management makes it clear that you are a cog in the machine
