      Pros

      Flexible work schedule as a pharmacist. Ability to switch weekends and exvhange shifts with shifts with other pharmacists unlike retail. And compared to other hospitals in the area is not as busy and as stressful. The staff is mainly nice and the managers are very cooperative

      Cons

      Pay is very low compared to retail and so not competitive, that's why most students are going to retail. They make you for parking. The food is horrible and so expensive and they don't give us any kind of discount . The commute to Oakland is always bad no matter where are you driving from. There is no place for you to grow in Magee pharmacy, you will always be a staff pharmacist, and the annual raises are so pethatic, so don't expect much.
