      Pros

      Upward mobility, competitive pay, work / life balance, understanding managers. Perks/benefits are the best in Pittsburgh, too many to list.

      Cons

      You can get lost in the shuffle if you are not the type of person who can thrive in a large company. You will never be the office superstar, so if you ego requires that you may want to look at a smaller company.

      Pros

      Great clinical reputation; well-trained clinical staff. benefits are high-cost but do provide adequate benefit package. Good place to get experience and hav e on resume.

      Cons

      lower salaries for non-administrative positions; devalue employees; hard work is taken for granted and it is impossible to get top review or raise. Some programs have better employee satisfaction but most do not. Employees forbidden to speak to media; very controlling work environment. No support for individuality; strong group think/dysfunctional corporate dynamic
