      Positive culture and great PTO, but staffing issues exist

      They try to create a culture of inclusion, dignity and respect The PTO is great The hours of work are fair Health insurance is reasonable

      Short- staffed Some roles are union which makes it hard to remove employees who are not contributing Many supervisors manage their family

      good benefits. that’s about it, this job is soul sucking

      Cons

      the community care team is passive aggressive and treats employees like robots. if your production falls, they catch it immediately. bathroom breaks are monitored and asked about if you leave the keyboard for more than 5 minutes.
