      I enjoy the current team I work with.

      Cons

      For long term employees all new incoming staff to the system make much more. The yearly review and raises can’t even keep up with the hike in healthcare costs even though the system owns their own insurance devision. Other companies in the Pittsburgh area offer their staff higher quality healthcare coverage through UPMC at a lower cost to their staff. UPMC doesn’t share information on upcoming changes necessary to manage these changes with ease. UPMC is truly only out to line the pockets of the executives.
