Pros
Generous PTO and tuition reimbursement.
Cons
Management consistently makes promises they never follow through on. Instead of supporting employees, they’ve resorted to micromanaging every detail of your work, even monitoring logs in a single database as if that reflects your entire performance. The leadership here is not just ineffective—it’s toxic. They lack empathy, show no real understanding of their employees’ challenges, and often use pressure and intimidation tactics that make people feel bullied into quitting—especially those who have ongoing doctor’s appointments or chronic health conditions. Upper management doesn’t just undervalue their staff; they also fail to respect the supervisors who work directly with employees. This is not a healthy or supportive workplace, and it’s certainly not a good place to build a career.
