Pros
I have to say the only reason why I stayed this long was because of my age and they have excellent benefits for the employees. Most of the managers are very easy to work with except the one I was under. Didn't help that this person and their immediate boss were very close friends and everyone knew that. So ultimately everyone was scared to say anything because of repercussions. Very unfortunate but most companies have the politics to go along with it.
Cons
Unfortunately, they are going through the pain of keeping up with the industry. They had a few big labor cuts. In other words they were only keeping employees in a certain age range. They call in "Restructuring" But it strange how everyone being cut were older in age or just lazy young people.
