Pros

The only pro is working from home.

Cons

They make it harder for you to get your incentive. When you do get your incentive, hall of the money is taken thanks to taxes. They promise a caseload of 50-55, which hasn’t happened since I’ve been here for 2 years. The salary is based off experience and it doesn’t add up with the amount of work. There are constant changes to the company. I’d say work at Keystone to at least get paid more for what you do.

Pros

Competitive salaries Good PTO accural

Cons

Passive aggressive micromanaging from senior leadership down. The only thing that matters is "patient experience" related to HCAHPS scores. They expect their healthcare professionals to be customer service representatives and treat patients like customers. Standards of care are often not followed because the focus is on "customer service." Leaders have no time to address anything but nurse leader rounding and validations of staff doing customer service tasks. They tried to word it that it equates to good patient care, but it does not. And the bedside staff know it because they are trained medical professionals.
