The pto is the best thing going but usually can't use it because all departments are soo understaffed.

Cons

The amount you must pay to park just to work is pretty high. It's all about who you know if you're looking to working your way up.

The benefits are good. They uograded facilities and they have improved the technology. Upgraded the heart, vascular institute and improved patient rooms.

Cons

Weeded out employees with yrs of experience at Jameson. Told all employees that they would have jobs. People lost their jobs in a depressed area where jobs are hard to find. Didnt think of the emotional effect it would have on alot of individuals.

Management has favorites so they pay them more than the ones that they dont favor and expect them to pick up the slack, they let them pick the inventory they want to do and ask them which do they prefer. They pay employees with bachelors degrees in business and years of experience worse than those with bachelors or associates degree in other fields.
