Pros
Being able to work with great service to great people in the local communities while getting the job done. Also working with good people and veterans who were always open to teach and express in a respectful manor.
Cons
Feeling like the company really cares about you if there was a serious incident that occurred. Not being giving a gps or map to complete routes.
