17 Years at UPS - Solid Company but tough culture

Pros

Solid company - average to below average pay, good benefits

Cons

Not a great place for minorites or women as a whole. They will let one or two of you through, but this is very much a good ol boys network. I was okay because I was part of the network, but I really hated the way we treated people at times.
