Pros
The things I liked about UPS were flexible hours, paid weekly and great location. The company would have luncheons, pizza parties and barbeques to show employee appreciation.
Cons
Management didn't step up when needed to help resolve issues that were going on in workplace. Instead they ignored the problems and it felt like you didn't feel valued as an employee.
