Pros

The benefits are good - particularly if you are a two-unit manager.

Cons

Work/Life Balance: there is nothing balanced at UPS. You either work till you drop or don't work at all. Impossible goals are expected to be met and humiliation in front of peers is not uncommon when goals are not met. The workload and hours are unreasonable. Work/life balance is a foreign concept to management. Many managers and supervisors have been through divorces because of their responsibility to UPS. The management in the EBA Department micromanage their groups and overburden employees with too many reports, recaps, reviews, meetings and anything else that doesn't help grow the business. These reports are only used to cover the managers. If you mention it or disagree with their reasoning, you are targeted and removed as a disgruntled employee, regardless of you meeting goals.
