Pros

Great starting salary and mentoring for individuals starting their career. Company will give you great experiences with projects - planning, organizing, implementing and analyzing. You are given as much responsibility as you want to take on and more.

Cons

If you can see through the corporate mentality that comes with every large organization you will be fine. If you start taking things personally, you won't.

Get to meet new people. Job does not require you to meet certain amount of hours worked by your employees. They help with tuition.

Cons

Very physical labor at times. Peak season (holiday season) can be very hectic. Management can be very demanding at points, almost irrational.
