Pros

You wont find a better part time job than working at UPS. Sure, the hours are not ideal, but as a full time graduate student, and a family at home, I'm able to provide for my family, receive money for school, and still have time for classes and studying. After a year and a half, my entire family will have health benefits. You receive a raise after only 60 days of work, and more raises happen throughout the year. It's a great place to work if you are ready to work hard.

Cons

Insurance doesn't kick in for a year, then 6 more months until my family is covered.
