Pros

You will get a lot of movement and hit your step goals. It's also very mentally challenging as your managers (and some coworkers) will push and test you. A good temporary job for health insurance until you're able to get your next opportunity, or if you have no other options. Health benefits are fantastic, but take 9 months of work to earn, one of the main things worth it tho. It's also pretty easy to get hours and overtime if you want the extra work, though I know that depends on the facility. They can be accommodating if you have another job, school responsibilities, or other life commitments.

Cons

Management is subpar: If only they had a sense of what it's like to work the job, they'd save the company money and the workers' hardship, but at least you can get a lot of hours and money in your pocket because of it. They show favoritism toward those who complain the most and cause the most harassment, at the expense of themselves and other workers. It can be super physically demanding, but that depends on your assignment. They stopped tuition reimbursements, so don't join based on that.
