      Pros

      Job security is strong and there is plenty to learn. The company pulls from historic culture but with rapid growth, much of the culture has diminished

      Cons

      The company has shifted to a lack of care for its employees. You are replaceable and loyalty is no longer valued. Most areas suffer from “good ole boys clubs” and gaps in integrity are overlooked if you are in an upper leadership role.
