Pros
UPS is a great brand to work with. If the year is profitable, it's more than worth it for the bonus payouts and the accolades. If you do well in corporate spaces, it's not a bad place to build your career at. Manage your expectations, and network as much as you can.
Cons
UPS is constantly changing. They pack a lot of responsibility onto you and expect you to shift and take on more than you may have signed up for, but that can be a good thing if you like change. They've suffered several layoffs recently, and many long-time employees were forced out, which is never good news, so keep your skills sharp. They may end up saving your job.
