leadership makes terrible business decisions and they don't care about their employees at all - they just want them to shut up and do more for less and suck it up. they won't give raises and don't want to promote people but lay off a lot of people so they expect everyone else to do more work without being compensated for it. so no growth opportunities either. benefits are probably a bit below average and they kept removing more and more ever year.
