      Challenging and exciting science and having the opportunity to make a huge impact on the planet, great senior leadership, good benefits, opportunities for career growth, wonderful company culture and management that genuinely cares for the team.

      Occasional long hours, drastic changes during expansion. Typical start-up pains.

      Hard-working, talented team. Learn something new everyday. Great values, great opportunity to contribute to something bigger than yourself.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to do and so hours can be long but the company is growing and actively adding high quality people to the team in order to balance the workloads, create greater output and grow thoughtfully.

      - the mission is second to none - company leadership cares about staff - company exists at the intersection of many different movements and areas of interest, so you get to meet lots of interesting people with different motivations, perspectives and life experiences - all motivated by a common goal - opportunities to learn, grow and stretch yourself

      Cons

      Not a con at all, but expect to work hard and put in the time needed to build the company.
