UGP is an amazing environment where professionals from all corners of Golf and Fitness performance work together to enhance client development. Before I joined UGP, I had already been in the Golf Industry for 15 years and my career was fairly one-sided, focused on club-fitting and club-building. Although I considered myself to be a solid fitter and builder, I’m now a much more complete professional in my field due to learning from the experiences and skills of the coaches, trainers, and recovery specialists here at UGP. Incorporating this the new knowledge has enhanced our fitting process to be a more unique experience for our clients. This is truly an environment where each department works together to improve the client experience and ensure better enjoyment of playing golf.
Cons
Since this environment is very conducive to team work and collective growth, those who only focus in their own tasks and growth cannot thrive at UGP. All staff must be willing to contribute within all departments and grow as a professional in all aspects of golf performance.
