Productive and Culturally Driven Workplace
Pros
The flow and intention of the work day is set by each team member the moment we open the doors to the facility. We work as a collective unit and hold each other accountable to maintain the flow of the facility. The flow is maintained by ending sessions by the 45, resetting the facility, helping our team members transition from their session and lastly welcoming our clients for the next hour. As a chiropractor, the 45 minute session is a non-traditional time frame that has been significantly beneficial to the experience I provide. This time frame allows me to build a genuine relationship with the client and it gives me more than enough time to check in, execute our treatment, summarize our session, and plan for our next session. The best part of this work environment is the collaboration with the fitness professionals and golf coaches. As a collective unit we tailor a development plan for each client and create the most efficient road map to reach their desired goals.
Cons
I’m having trouble finding cons at Urban Golf Performance. The company is working daily to accommodate and make this work environment the best.
