Masters of gaslighting, leading the way in promoting toxic male leadership, crème de la crème of recklessly inadequate staffing.

Cons

Unacceptablyw high liability 2/2 unsafe staffing, constant harassment when off shift requesting physicians upcode previous charts, toxic leadership on every level.

…Leadership knows where they want to be, they just dont know, and have no plan, how to get there

Cons

disparate systems, Ignorance in their own processes. frequent turnover. hostile environment at times. The siloed nature of teams has no gel, no connection to unify. mid level leadership is only interested in making MD c-suite happy for the next few weeks, no long term vision. Leadership offhandedly says where they want to be… they’ve been saying this for YEARS. Theres no one cohesive leader to take the reigns, provide a vision, and drive to that goal. Only condescending children with little dog syndrome who are only interested in making the board happy, not really in progress.
