Scheduling team is great! Remote work but very flexible and helpful environment.

Cons

The clinicians can sometimes be difficult to work with. As a scheduler, you will schedule multiple sites with multiple leaders. Some sites are great and has supportive leaders that will help you resolve issues when scheduling challenges arise. Not all leaders are like this, which can make the job challenging. However, still a great place to work once an established workflow is created between you and your leadership.
