Pros

We are a large company with a strong core vision that easily carries down and is shared by individual sites. Physician ownership is huge and has given me a better appreciation and understanding of the business of Medicine.

Cons

No real concerns with USACS. There are always individual site related challenges but these are really not related to USACS as a whole.

Cons

Growing so fast there is so much to be done...we need to keep finding the best and brightest and get them hired ASAP!
