Pros

Have been here just over three months. The support from the clinical as well as the non-clinical employees has been phenomenal. It's like everyone bends over backwards to support each other. The company is mission-driven and the culture is based on team building and bonding so that we know each other better and identify our strengths.

Cons

Recent merger with other groups has been an adjustment, although we all appear to have shared values so I don't think integration will take long.

Pros

USACS is a wonderful organization to work for. They support you with education, leadership opportunities, phenomenal human resources. It is easy to be a happy physician and take the very best care of your patients.

Cons

The compensation at USACS is excellent, especially when you add in the benefits. Other companies may off you more pretax dollars, but the overall package doesn't come close to the USACS package.

Pros

Super responsive, make day-to-day and long range plans with employees in mind. They always try to do right by us, whether with rich benefits, competitive pay, amazing retirement contributions and a million smaller things.

Cons

It is growing so fast, every once in a while something slips through the cracks.
