Cons
Leadership attitudes and decisions are based not on the needs of the Air Force, but rather along purely career field lines. Top performers are overlooked for no other reason than specialty code. Personnel who are not working in an office where their career specialty is the majority have little chance of advancement, especially for non space personnel in space organizations.
