      Travel, if you join a career that is needed everywhere you get to travel. Reliable pay and mostly positive interactions with coworkers.

      Cons

      Work hours, in my previous job I worked for days on end 12 hour shifts with no additional pay, I eventually had to cross train just to get some time off.

      The culture values quantity over quality. Spend 14hrs a day doing nothing and you are top dog. Efficiency and productivity are irrelevant. Bureaucracy is stifling beyond belief, it is very discouraging.
