      Teamwork, seeing Soldiers mature and take on more responsibility, employment guarantee (can't really fire you)

      Can't really get fired, too much politics, non innovative culture

      Pros

      People are good to work with, it's a government job, get to meet people from all over the world and soldiers who have served over seas

      Cons

      The Army could be the least organized company I've ever worked for, have to take classes constantly and most don't apply to your job
