Pros

Great job as with a lot of jobs in the Army. You get to have some experiences you can't get anywhere else. You learn what teamwork is and how to be proficient at your job. This is one where peoples lives are in your hands.

Cons

Some of the leaders are not professional and for a lot of officers its all about getting a good review from the Colonel. Few care about the soldiers.
