Great benefits with good opportunities if you're lucky.

Pros

The benefits are almost endless if you know how to find them. With the right MOS, you could be financially set after the military if you get the proper certifications and learn how to market yourself.

Cons

While the benefits are great, everyone is leaving at the same time for a reason, the system is fundamentally broken. But some could look past this if need be.
